Now that we are in October, Halloween spirit is all around and we all love to dress up as our favorite characters, go to costume parties, but one of our favorite plans is to watch a spooky movie with our friends. There are lots of scary movies, but not all of them manage to really scare us. So today I bring you the top 3 best Halloween films to see this month.

This past 7th of September “The Nun” was released, and I personally couldn’t resist to go and see it. This movie is a spin off from the conjuring 2, where everybody got to see for the first time the nun and got terrorized by her. That’s why this is also called “The darkest chapter of the conjuring world”. This time, the story takes us to the year 1952, precisely to an abbey in Romania, where a young religious carries out the worst of sins: suicide. To investigate what really happened, the Vatican decides to send Father Burke and Sister Irene, a novice with more modern ideas.  I found this movie quite catchy and scary, I really loved it!

A classic horror movie that we all love although it gives us the worst scares is The Conjuring. This movie is one of my personal favorites because its plot manages to capture the viewer's attention and leave him trapped in the story. This film is based on a true story, which makes it scarier. The Conjuring is about a couple, (Ed and Lorraine Warren) of researches who are dedicated to investigate paranormal phenomena. They are called by a family in desperate aid because they are terrified by a dark presence in a farm away from everything. Forced to confront a powerful demonic entity, the Warren find themselves trapped in the most horrifying case of their lives. I recommend this movie for brave people who endure a few scares of those in which you feel your heart stops for a few seconds, otherwise you will not be able to sleep peacefully for the next three nights with all your friends.
